We get like-minded firms together so they can learn from one another and build positive, productive relationships. Also, it's FUN! Getting to know other firms and sharing their journey is a rewarding exercise. The hard work of building a business also means celebrating successes.

Do you provide individual or group mentoring?

Both! We design mentoring programs around our Clients’ needs. Some Clients need to address very specific challenges in their firms, others can benefit more from a structured group curriculum.

Are your mentoring programs action-oriented (or theory-based)?

Our mentoring programs are designed and delivered by people who have built multimillion dollar businesses. Panalitix mentors apply their knowledge, perspective and experience so you can take action and avoid wasting time on ‘trial and error’. We may refer to tried-and-tested business theory… but implementation brings our Clients the success they crave.

Who from my business should join the mentoring sessions?

Most programs can involve your extended teams, thereby building broad capabilities at the firm and enabling delegation.

What is the duration of the mentoring programs?

Programs run for 12 months, but some projects can be accomplished in 30, 90 or 180 days. We will determine together what will work best for your specific goals and circumstances.

How do I know if this is for me?

All Panalitix programs are suited to people who are ambitious, want more out of their business and who will dedicate the time required to improve. A positive attitude is essential.

Can the mentoring curriculum and duration be customized?

All of our mentoring programs can be modified to meet the needs of accounting firms and participants while preserving the core content and outcomes outlined in the program descriptions. In addition, while the curriculum is designed to be completed in 90-days, we can also discuss what timing options best suit your firm and, for example, provide ongoing accountability and support after the core program is officially complete.

Is the program just for me, or can team members be involved?

It depends on your goals. We often work with a combination of team/leadership group members and individuals. Sometimes an accounting firm’s leader(s) need(s) support to improve on some level. But sometimes, it's the team members who can benefit most. We listen carefully to your story, your pain points and your goals, and will come up with a plan that will yield the best results for your firm.

Program participants are expected to prepare and actively participate in sessions.. Goals are set and key metrics are tracked to ensure progress is made.

How is the mentoring delivered?

Most sessions are virtual on a weekly basis. If a number of team members are participating, some sessions might be with individual members and some with the whole group. In addition, mentors can visit your accounting firm for in-person sessions as needed.
